Bosch? A complete disaster. Control panel for the key utility of the house. Bosch engineers seems to think that 4 degrees indoors is as god as 27 degrees. So why not let the temperature jump around at random?

Not showing notifications although set in settings to allow push notifications. It says that you should get notified even if the app is closed, but that is not the case. Thus I was not notified when my heat pump broke and switched over to direct electricity :(

värsta appen i play store. helt meningslös och oanvändbar. ingen info och inga funktioner. endast bytt av rumstemp samt utetemp.

For some reason the room setpoint was according to the info screen set to off. Has worked before without any real problem. The room set HC1 is put to 0 degrees. How do I activate it again.

"Simple to operate, secure in application", really? First time I was travelling I wanted to lower the ("optimized") temperature, and at first the dial worked, but then it suddenly jumped to 0 degrees and could not be moved again. The temperature sensors of our alarm system confirmed that the whole house started cooling down. After many retries, including also a reset to factory settings, I had to change the mode to "automatic" and cumbersomely enter the desired temperature for every day and time - which again stopped working after a week. Other problems with the app: - Missing documentation - Dismal localization; at least the Finnish version is apparently (badly) machine-translated, with results ranging from clumsy ungrammatical to total gibberish - Interface language can't be changed without changing country selection - Dysfunctional screen update: almost every time I go to the home screen it first shows me a temperature selection of 5 ℃ for several secs before updating to the correct value - which, for the first few times, got me on the brink of panic - In the settings, change of the temperature levels is not accessible but always gives error message "connection failed". I gave a second star only out of gratefulness that SOMEHOW in the end I managed to keep our house from totally cooling down even with this app... P.S.: Just tried out Bosch HomeCom app instead, and, at least at first sight, it seems much more functional.

I don't see any benefit using this app. Only usefull was to read outdoor temperature. Very poor, ubeliveable product from Bosch. Every week or two I should scan QR code to add device, and to scan QR code, cover should be removed, and finaly I stoped using this. I would give zero rate if it would be posable.

Be sure to open needed ports on your router...

Slow app and disconnects often. It loose the connection and the heating circuits after updates.

Charts not showing properly, only outside temperature chart is working

I like this application. So far don't have any problems with it. Shows all necessary information and easy to use when you figure it out how to use it. Thats why small description how to use it would be useful at start.
